Today we met up with Raphaella and Melissa, the owner and make-up artist over at The Beauty Chateau located in Nutley, NJ. Not only was it a meeting that lasted for a heavy portion of the day, but we came up with some amazing ideas that will be coming to fruition within the next 2 months…and you should be excited. Very excited. Along with all of the business talk that went on, Raphaella and The Beauty Chateau also became an exclusive retailer for a select few of our products which include the Crystal Skull Longsleeve, Boy Short Undies, Cherry Bomber, Classic Hoodie, Inverse Tank Top and Xerox Tank. If you want to check our the shop or grab one of those items, I suggest you make your way down to her shop…and sooner rather than later! After discussing our plans at the shop, we took all the ideas over to Aki Restaurant in Bloomfield to indulge in some of the most fresh and delicious sushi this side of the sun. The sushi was so good that I forfeited the idea of even putting my chopsticks down to take a photo of what I was eating. Of course, when that was over, we headed over to “Cups” for dessert. Now, if you want to know more about Cups other than that it’s a completely self-serve frozen yogurt joint with endless flavor combinations (except my favorite… plain peach!!) and kick @ss toppings that is all priced by weight (what’s new?)…then you should check out their site and visit their location for yourself.

Cupcakefest 2011 was a great time this year and we’d like to thank our family, friends, team, and supporters for coming out and making this event as amazing as it was. Tonight, we met up with a bunch of great friends at Boonsong Thai Cuisine located in Bloomfield, New Jersey. With it’s vast selection of delicious meals, it’s totally worth hitting up to grab an affordable meal if you’re ever in the area…
Hanging out, indulging in our meals and talking to the whole crew was a great time. It was a good way to put an end to a rainy but jam-packed weekend and some new ideas are in the works after some dicussions were had. Meet Cash Cash and some of the girls of Planet Verge, including our very own Nikki Stixx…
…and since you were thinking “when is Cash Cash’s new album Love or Lust dropping,” well…i’ll tell you. It’s this Tuesday, April 19th and you can get it now on pre-order or on itunes after its release. If you wanna check out a new single off the album, download “Victim of Love” on itunes here. Contradictory to what many others in Japan have been doing due to the recent disaster’s that have occured, these guys of Cash Cash will be flying out to Tokyo in 2 weeks to perform multiple concerts in venues all about the area. Get on it.
In closing, since you were probably wondering what I ate, I will tell you (and show you). First things first, Curry Puffs…
These delicious little bad boys are nothing more than a pastry of curried chicken, potato, and onion which have been golden fried and served with a cucumber sauce. Immediately after eating these, I was able to whistle the theme song to Zelda flawlessly…they’re that good.
And for the main course…my absolute favorite, must have and always get…Pad See Ew (more like “Pad See Yum” in my opinion).
Made up of stir-fried flat rice noodles with garlic, sweet soy sauce, Chinese broccoli, and beef…this dish is surely the bee’s knees. Now it’s time to relax, see ya.
