Email sales@true-feel.com your proposal and our Sales team will send you a PDF application to fill out and send back.

I ordered from your online shop and need an exchange. What should I do?
No problem, just email service@true-feel.com your order number and the product you want to exchange. As long as the item is in its original packaging and hasn’t been worn or washed, we will take care of your exchange right away.

How do I know my gear is on its way to my house?
UPS/USPS tracking numbers are emailed to the email account you used when ordering with our site. You should get an email once UPS/USPS scans the package.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

I’m an international customer. Is there still a way I can track my order?
We use USPS for ALL international orders to minimize your cost. Unfortunately USPS does not offer tracking numbers once upon scanned goods. We will email you your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is processed by USPS and we recieve the tracking information from them.

I accidently entered the wrong shipping address how do I change it?
Don’t panic! Click Here to contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery. Either way, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Do you have a Street Team I can join?
Of course! Send an email to StreetTeam@true-feel.com asking to join along with your Name and Address, and we’ll get you all hooked up.

What does it mean when an item is Limited Edition?
If an item is Limited Edition, it means that there is a limited quantity made…once it’s gone, it’s gone.
